Our human performance lab specialises in cardiopulmonary function testing and evaluation, along with sub-maximal exercise testing and wellness programming for the general community. Our testing equipment is generally reserved for university and laboratory research, medical diagnosis, and elite athlete measurement. We are the only private training studio in Limerick to offer this level of testing to the general public.
